Ещё одна проблема — дефицит рабочей силы, когда на волне высокого спроса компании взяли множество заказов на строительство домов, кадровых ресурсов стало не хватать и цены на их услуги начали резко расти.
В связи с этим, некоторые застройщики пересматривают уже подписанные договоры со своими клиентами по срокам и по стоимости строительства.
