Сегодня Депутаты Госдумы отклонили в первом чтении законопроект (№ 705681-8), которым предлагалось запретить гостиницы и хостелы не только в жилых, но и в нежилых помещениях многоквартирных домов. Одной из причин отклонения было озвучено, что принято такой нормы может привести к ограничению прав собственников нежилых помещений, а также, что данный вопрос находится в компетенции всех собственников в многоквартирном доме. Также депутаты считают, что указанных регуляторных мер достаточно.
