Совфед одобрил изменения в законодательство РФ, связанные со снятием запрета на поступление на службу в органы внутренних дел, в органы Государственной противопожарной службы, а также в органы уголовно-исполнительной системы с погашенной судимостью.
Условием допуска является наличие «деятельного раскаяния». Речь идет об уголовных делах частного обвинения, которые прекращены не менее чем за три года до дня поступления на службу.
Ранее в МВД жаловались на нехватку сотрудников. По словам представителя ведомства Ирины Волк, по состоянию на 1 ноября дефицит составил 173,8 тысячи сотрудников, или 18,8% от штатной численности.
