As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks.
