Вообще, сложно представить, как летает фин. модель у такого проекта. У крупняка обычно «не сходятся» такие мелкие проекты, а вот у ноунейм девелоперов как-то получается. Архитектура в стиле «редевелопмент», как будто какое-то заводское здание подшаманили, но нет, там был долгострой одноэтажный, его уже снесли и будут реализовывать вот такую историю. Кому-то под хоум-фемели офис сгодится.
