К «лужковской» застройке надо добавить понятие «эмэровская» застройка. Это когда на небольшом участке выжимается максимум тэпов с максимальной этажностью и выражается это практически всегда в башнях. По сути в эту категорию не попадают проекты МР - «Царская площадь» (там дворы колодцы) и «Селигер Сити» (там знаменитая стена). Все остальное плюс минус ложится в эту концепцию:
1. Пресня
2. Савеловская
3. Д-1
4. Метрополия
