1 яйцо 100г творога муки на глаз, до состояния, чтобы тесто не рассыпалось и не прилипало к рукам ( честно не знаю сколько насыпала, не замерила)
Творог с яйцом размять, добавить муки, можно ещё растопленного масла и замешать тесто. Раскатать колбаску и нарезать на кусочки. Варить минут 7, пока вареники не всплывут.
