✅Кабачок- 1-2 шт.
✅Лук- 1 шт.
✅Чеснок-1-2 зуб.
✅Морковь- 1 шт.
✅Картофель-1-2 шт.
✅Мука- 1 ст. л.
✅Соль, перец--по вкусу
✅Зелень, сухарики--для подачи
✅Растит. масло-1-2 ст. л.

✏️В кастрюле разогреваем масло и обжариваем лук с чесноком. Добавляем муку и перемешиваем.
✏️Затем добавляем картофель, морковь и кабачок кусочками, заливаем водой и варим до готовности овощей. Солим, перчим.
✏️Перетираем блендером до однородности. Подаём с зеленью и сухариками. Ангела за трапезой 😇
