На толстый лаваш намазать любой постный паштет: из авокадо; фасоли; грибов и т.п. добавляйте больше зелени, чтобы он был позеленее. "Шарики" на "ёлке" можно сделать из мелко-нарезанных овощей, зеленого горошка или кружочков маслин.
