Изменения коснутся конфигурации границ и численности избирателей 13 из 50 одномандатных округов. Четыре округа находится в Калининском районе, пять в Кировском и четыре в Октябрьском.
В этих округах за 10 лет выросла численность избирателей с 313,87 тыс. до 335,33 тыс. человек. Наиболее заметны стат изменения в Кировском районе.
В общем то, не такие уж и страшные изменения. Шуму больше было👻
