Всего в январе-октябре 2024 года в Москве зарегистрировано 115 335 переходов прав на вторичное жилье. Данный показатель на 🔽 20,3% ниже результата десяти месяцев 2023 года (144 695), но на 🔼 7% больше аналогичного периода 2022 года (107 778).
