Как следует из анализа РИА Новости данных Росстата, прирост произошел исключительно за счет россиян с наиболее высокими доходами - они стали единственной группой, где выросло число просрочивших платеж.
По итогам третьего квартала их стало 7,7% от всех ипотечников с наиболее высокими доходами, что является наибольшим значением с первого квартала 2021 года.
