Заявки принимаются до 31 августа, сбор предложений по технологиям проводился в марте. Согласно требованиям конкурса, просубсидированные проекты в сфере железнодорожной промышленности должны быть реализованы максимум в течение 5 лет.
Технологии, которые готово субсидировать ведомство, и максимальный размер субсидии:
1️⃣ Разработка рельсовых автобусов на водородных топливных элементах (максимальная субсидия – 400 млн руб.)
2️⃣ Разработка и производство универсального технологического комплекса по выправке, подбивке, рихтовке путей и стрелочных переводов для колеи 1520, 1435, 1676 мм (150 млн руб.)
3️⃣ Технология изготовления комплекса для формирования подбалласного защитного слоя ЩОМ-МР (130 млн руб.)
4️⃣ Изотермические и рефрижераторные вагоны и контейнеры для перевозки скоропортящихся грузов (80 млн руб.)
5️⃣ Технология производства железнодорожного самоходного роторного снегоочистителя для уборки снега высотой до 5 м и производительностью не менее 15000 т/час, соответствующего требованиям ТР ТС 001/2011 (80 млн руб.)

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
