На испытательном кольце в чешском Велиме новый подвижной состав от Alstom должен будет пройти динамические испытания на скорости 200 км/ч (конструкционная же у поезда составляет 350 км/ч).

Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
