ДЕНЬ В ИСТОРИИ: память Иринарха Затворника
26 января совершается память преподобного Иринарха Ростовского (1548-1616, в миру — Илья Акиндинович), затворника Ростовского Борисоглебского монастыря на Устье. Мощи святого под спудом сохраняются в этом монастыре.

На снимках А. А. Степанова (конец XIX — начало XX века) мы можем видеть интерьер Ильинского придела Борисоглебского собора, в юго-восточном углу которого находилась рака над захоронением святого.

В фонд Борисоглебского филиала музея входят живописные работы неизвестного художника (предположительно — начала XIX века) с эпизодами жития святого: «Преподобный Иринарх и польский пан Сапега» и «Преподобный Иринарх с князем Д. Пожарским и К. Мининым».
