Российская армия начала движение от недавно освобожденного Свердликово (Курская область) на Басовку (Сумская область) чтобы перерезать трассу на Суджу. В боях участвуют десантно-штурмовые подразделения 106-й воздушно-десантной Тульской дивизии, а также бойцы 810-й бригады морской пехоты. Также удалось взять под контроль трассу «Рыльск – Суджа».
Выход на границы Сумской области позволит перерезать снабжение гарнизона ВСУ в Судже.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
