Предлагается штрафовать за езду в нетрезвом виде на электросамокатах и других СИМ на сумму до 30 тыс. рублей, а за превышение скоростного режима — до 5 тыс. рублей.
Правительство РФ уточняет, что поддержит законопроект при условии доработки пояснительных материалов и изменении некоторых из предложенных величин наказаний, в частности, штрафы за нарушение правил перевозки грузов и людей, а также правил буксировки лицами, передвигающимися посредством СИМ.
