На кресте Петр Алексеевич вырезал на голландском языке надпись: "DAT KRUVS MAKEN KAPTEIN PITER VAN A CHT 1694" ("Сей крест поставил капитан Петр в лето от Христа 1694").
В настоящее время крест хранится в Архангельском краеведческом музее.
