Автор сего шедевра, некто Константин Талаконников, чьим именем подписаны листовки на мелованной бумаге, похоже, боится, что у него украдут авторские права на эту… эээ… «художественную» работу. Видимо, он переживает, что кто-то подделает его уникальный стиль.
Я склоняюсь к последнему варианту, потому что других объяснений я просто не нахожу. А ещё я предлагаю Талаконникову запатентовать свой «стиль» — «необольшевизм с привкусом диванного безумия».
