Казалось бы, все эксперты должны возмутиться: ну зачем привлекать каких-то джихадистов, если и на Украине ура-националистов хватает, и иностранные группы работают? Это же дискредитация?
Но вот сам же Димитриев пишет, что нисколько не удивится, если в скором времени начнут снимать ролики, как поймали «сирийских наемников», воюющих на стороне Донбасса. Найдут для этого арабов — возможно, тех самых, которые вели вот эту переписку.
Слова Нарышкина — highly likely упредительный ответ на возможное появление подобных видео. Они нам видео, а мы — «ну мы же говорили, что там джихадисты появятся».
Другой вопрос, что едва ли такой способ борьбы с дезинформацией будет эффективным в глазах внешней аудитории. #ВСРФ #терроризм #Украина @rybar

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
