Учитывая, что Rasmussen Global сейчас одна из ключевых лоббистских структур в Армении, которая напрямую влияет на политику правительства Пашиняна и корректирует его публичную репрезентацию, нам показалось важным разобрать этот документ.
Помимо ожидаемых призывов к Армении вставать на путь демократизации и рвать связи с Россией, там обнаружились и практические рекомендации. Вот только Армения там воспринимается исключительно как объект для внешних манипуляций, но никак не равноправный партнер. И руководство Армении это вполне устраивает. #Армения
