Всего на прилавки "Перекрестка" до конца 2026 года поступит 1,2 тыс. тонн продукции минтая шоковой однократной заморозки, произведенной в море.
Но в этой новости не столько важен минтай, сколько само соглашение – это первое долгосрочное соглашение о поставках рыбы именно между российскими компаниями. До этого ритейлеры могли в долгосроке договориться о поставках условного лосося с норвежскими, фарерскими или чилийскими компаниями. А так чтобы с российскими – такого мы еще не припомним. Радует, что лед наконец чуть-чуть, но тронулся.
