Уточняется, что уголовное дело связано с получением взяток от представителей ООО "СЛ Фарма". Дело уже рассматривает по существу Головинский райсуд Москвы. Вешкина арестовали в январе 2024 года, ранее ему вменяли крупное мошенничество.
Как писал "Коммерсант", следствие считает, что при участии Вешкина могли быть похищены десятки миллионов рублей, выделенных во время второй волны пандемии коронавируса для закупки аппаратов ИВЛ и другого оборудования.
