Прилетели в Якутск не выдают багаж. Видите ли одна машина и та типа сломалась. Сидим уже час ждём. Все кто дежурит даже разговаривать с пассажирами не хотят. Говорят ждите. Это просто свинство какое то. Никто ни за что не отвечает. Грубят. А на борту делегация детей,есть пассажиры инвалиды. И все сидим после задержки,перелета. Ну когда в этом городе будет порядок
