Приготовление:
▪️Курицу, брокколи, хлорья рисовые отварила. Только старайтесь не оставлять много воды, чтобы хлопья получились густыми. ▪️Выложить в чашу блендера все ингредиенты. Хорошо взбить. ▪️Разлить по формочкам. Отправить в, разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 35 минут.
⭐️У меня получилось 4 запеканки. 1 приготовила, 3 заморозила.
*Сыночек сьел всю внутренную мягкую часть запеканки, корочку снаружи есть не стал.
