Вчера, уложив Мишу спать, я решила сделать сырники и заморозить их. Делаю так впервые, но думаю это будет удобно для быстрого завтрака.
У меня было: 🔴1,5 кг рассыпчатого творога 🔴3 яйца 🔴7 ст. ложек с горкой муки 🔴примерно 1 ч.ложка соли.
Все перемешала с помощью вилки, далее я частями брала тесто и формировала колбаску, разрезала на несколько частей и с помощью чашки у меня получились ровные сырники. Выложила на доску и отправила в морозилку.
Очень понравилась консистенция, все легко лепилось. Небольшую часть вчера же и приготовила на утро, получились сырники очень вкусные! 💾кстати, большую роль в сырниках играет хороший творог, у меня был от «вкуснотеево».
