Природоохранная прокуратура выяснила, что администрация Томаринского района и утилизирующая компания «Комус-1» не стали ликвидировать свалку несмотря на то, что получали соответствующее предупреждение.
Теперь же в дело вмешался суд – там постановили, что «Комус-1» и «Управление по обращению с отходами» должны прекратить размещать отходы в течение трех месяцев и провести рекультивацию земельного участка, загрязненного отходами.
Жаль только, что сахалинские чиновники не понимают с первого раза, что горы мусора отнюдь не полезны для природы и не спешат их убирать.
