В пресс-релизе утверждается, что убитый — уроженец одной из стран Центральной Азии и "последователь международных террористов". Ни страна, ни группировка в заявлении не указаны.
По версии спецслужбы, подозреваемый хотел совершить теракты с применением взрывчатки, а потом уехать в Афганистан. Он был "нейтрализован" в перестрелке, когда оказал сопротивление.

And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
