شهید پویا رحمت طلب ضیابری آبان ماه ۱۴۰۳ به صورت ناجوانمردانه توسط گروه جیش الظلم به همراه ۹ تن از دیگر همکارانش در سیستان و بلوچستان به شهادت رسیدند .
