Упорно ходят слухи и видео, что наши ударили межконтинентальной баллистической ракетой РС-26 по Днепропетровску.

То есть вместо ядерных блоков были обычные. Есть видео, на котором якобы момент прилета боевых блоков.

Если это правда, то это первый шаг к ядерному удару. Последнее китайское предупреждение?

По всем признакам довольно похоже на правду. Надо ждать официальных заявлений. Песков пока ожидаемо кивает на Минобороны.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
