Сегодня в Сысертском районном суде признали незаконным отказ местным жителям в регистрации инициативной группы, об этом сообщают «Вечерние ведомости».
Ранее жители Сысерти хотели провести референдум по вопросу строительства свалки, но Сысертская ТИК не стала даже регистрировать инициативную группу из-за «ошибок в паспортных данных».
По словам жителей, «Это небольшой шажочек к достижению цели» — к недопущению строительства свалки, которую называют «мусорным полигоном» — по из мнению, свалка принесет вред сельскохозяйственным землям района и нанесет ущерб экологии.
