Смоленская областная Дума внесла изменения в областной закон «о правонарушениях»: За «склонение» к прерыванию беременности штраф для граждан составит от 3000 до 5 тысяч, для должностных лиц — от 25 до 50 тысяч, для юрлиц — от 100 до 200 тысяч рублей.
До этого в Коми предложили ввести административную ответственность за «склонение к аборту».
Ранее подобные штрафы появились в Новгородской, Калининградской, Тамбовской, Тверской, Вологодской, Курской, Псковской областях, Мордовии и Забайкалье.
