⬆ Производство грузовых вагонов «в плюсе»
Общий выпуск вагонов – 67,3 тыс. единиц (рост 17% к АППГ)

🛠 Растут сегменты: полувагоны, хопперы, цистерны, крытые
Сегмент хопперов растет за счет увеличения выпуска зерновозов; вагонов-цистерн – рост производства цистерн для нефтепродуктов и химических грузов на 75% и 94% соответственно

📉 Выпуск вагонов-платформ продолжает снижение ⬇ за счет сокращения выпуска фитинговых и универсальных платформ на 16 и 71% соответственно

❗Производство грузовых вагонов еще демонстрирует рост по отношению к АППГ, но видно, что темпы сократились из-за ограничений со стороны ОАО «РЖД»❗

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
