Мы имеем мнение тоже, но промолчим до поры. Отметим лишь, что это дико. В Петербурге хорошая бесплатная медицина.
Но малышу пожелаем здоровья. Надеемся, что у его родителей есть дом, а занимают они его на законных основаниях. Но тут уж социальные службы разберутся.
