Ветеран Великой Отечественной войны. Служил в Каспийской флотилии, в Беломорской военно-морской базе. После увольнения в запас работал в школе, организовал Северодвинскую еврейскую общину.

Михаил Самуилович - человек большого сердца, теплом которого, как и своим гостеприимством, готов согреть всех. Симкин искренне любит жизнь, и она отвечает ему тем же. Он по-еврейски мудр и воспитан. Общаться с ним - великое счастье!

In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
