Ырсалиев был задержан в середине июля по подозрению в рейдерском захвате рынка "Береке" (в районе "Дордоя").
Пострадавший Жылдызбек Ниязалиев — заслуженный тренер Кыргызстана, мастер спорта СССР по боксу. Он работал тренером в зале Орзубека Назарова.
