Его подписал и.о. главы ж/д управления «Талибана»* Бахт ар-Рахман Шарафат с афгано-германской компанией Bakhtar. Линия пройдет от туркменской границы до н.п. Рабат Париян, т.е. соединится с ж/д «Герат - Хаф». В дальнейшем талибы намерены подключать к этому узлу КПП «Спин-Булдак» на пакистанской границе - через провинции Кандагар, Гильменд и Фарах.
Работы по проектированию маршрута с привлечением аэрофотосъемки и зарубежных специалистов планируют завершить в течение 4 месяцев. По словам главы Bakhtar Султана Ахмада Сарвари, их команда в Герат прибыла из России
