Люди просто выкидывают мусор в кучу, потому что больше некуда 🤷

По рассказам жителей дома эта куча копится около месяца, возможно из-за смены ответственного лица, возможно как и площадка напротив сама по себе, из-за несвоевременного вывоза, нужно выяснять, договорились держать контакт и рассказать о результатах 🤝

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
