Столичные власти согласовали строительство делового центра общей площадью порядка 27 000 м² на территории бизнес-центра Crosswall Park Pobedy на улицу Неверовского. Напомню, что ранее на этом участке планировалось построить гостинично-деловой комплекс общей площадью 22 363 м², в том числе четырехзвездочной гостиницы на 500 номеров. Заказчиком выступает West Wind Group, которой и принадлежит БЦ Crosswall.
Улица Неверовского со временем станет настоящим деловым районом, т.к. на ней ещё планируется построить порядка 55 000 м² деловой недвижимости в рамках комплексного развития территории по адресу: улица Неверовского, вл. 8.
