Что говорилось о ЖК в прессе?
▪️19-этажный жилой дом на 474 квартиры. Общая площадь комплекса - 49 тыс. кв. м, жилая – 28,6 тыс. кв. м.
▪️Паркинг подземный - на 145 мест.
▪️Фасады - из сочетания штукатурки и клинкерного кирпича.
▪️Часть площадей в ЖК вроде бы как отойдет городу для переселения по реноваци.

Застройщик - "ЭНЕРГОСТРОЙИНВЕСТ". По данным СМИ, эта компания аффилирована с сыном депутата Госдумы "ЕР" Антона Жарков, который был одним из разработчиков закона о реновации.
