На участке ждем 154 000 кв.м недвижки (138 600 кв.м займет жилье), детский сад на 100 воспитанников и школу на 225 мест. Ранее основатель девелопера Павел Тё назвал данный проект в числе тех, которые планируется запустить уже в ближайшие месяцы.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
