Всю ночь в Краснодаре шла расчистка и обработка дорог, тротуаров, надземных и подземных переходов от снега и гололёда. Обработаны и подходы к остановкам общественного транспорта.

Больше 500 человек трудились с раннего утра, чтобы мы могли безопасно отправляться по своим делам. Большая благодарность за вашу работу!

На магистральных улицах работают 42 машины. Уже использовано больше 330 тонн песко-соляной смеси. Все мосты и путепроводы обработаны.

Прошу водителей и пешеходов проявить осторожность. Спешка опасна не только для вас, но и для других участников движения.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
