Девелопером проекта выступает — Vesta Development Веры Евтушенковой, невестки мажоритарного акционера АФК «Система» Владимира Евтушенкова. Ранее компания реализовала в Москве комплекс апартаментов Tatlin Apartments на Бакунинской улице.

Жилой дом будет построен по адресу: 2-й Обыденский переулок, вл. 3-5.

Архитектура комплекса разработана бюро Ginzburg Architects.

В доме представлены квартиры и видовые пентхаусы с террасами.

На соседних участках строят свои элитные проекты ЛСР и Sminex-Интеко.
