Девелопер Regions Development получил градостроительный план земельного участка на будущий проект жилого комплекса Dream Riva в Нагатинском затоне.

Согласно документу, на участке площадью 6 га девелопер сможет построить 120 315 м² жилой недвижимости.

Архитектура будущего комплекса разработана бюро ATRIUM.

Напомню, что изначально на этом участке планировалось построить многофункциональный гостиничный комплекс с апартаментами, но девелопер смог перевести проект в жилье.
