На участке согласовано строительство 169 500 м² жилой и коммерческой недвижимости со следующими характеристиками: ➤ 112 000 м² – жилая часть ➤ 57 500 м² – нежилая часть с технопарком, проект строительства которого получил положительное заключение экспертизы.
Напомню, что недавно стало известно о партнерстве Level Group и ГК «Снегири», но тогда было неясно для реализации какого именно проекта создано партнерство.
