Власти Москвы одобрили строительство общественно-гостиничного комплекса общей площадью 135 000 м² по адресу: Маленковская улица, 32 и Русаковская улица, 19.
Согласно решению градостроительно-земельной комиссии: 95 000 м² займут общественные объекты, а 40 000 м² придётся на гостиницу.
Сейчас на земельном участке находятся:
◾бизнес-центр «Сокольники Плаза», его общая площадь составляет 16 000 м². В его состав входит 11 зданий ◾производственное предприятие ФГУП «Мосхимфармпрепараты им. Н. А. Семашко»

All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you.
