19 ноября 2024 курсам НВП "Рокот Алтай-Вымпел" исполнилось два года. За этот период мы подготовили свыше 60 курсантов, 15 из них выполняли либо выполняют воинский долг в зоне проведения СВО. В честь двухлетия курсов, мы провели семинар на тему "Опорный пункт" с привлечением военнослужащих Спецназа, имеющих опыт боевых действий в зоне СВО, обучили сводные группы курсантов и выпускников курсов, действующих бойцов спецназа одного из правоохранительных органов, молодёжи ВППЦ "Вымпел".
Мы готовим резервы, учим патриотизму подрастающее поколение.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
