Решение суда было принято в ответ на жалобу, поданную адвокатом из Майсура М.Р. Абишеком, который подал в суд на компании PVR Cinemas, INOX и BookMyShow.
Абишек заявил, что 25 минут его времени были потрачены впустую на просмотр рекламы перед началом фильма "Отважный Сэм" 2023.
Суд встал на его сторону, вдобавок оштрафовав компании, занимающиеся кинопоказом.
