«Меня не должно было быть на этом месте. На моём месте должен быть другой человек, но этого человека убил Владимир Путин», — с таких слов начинается обращение Юлии.
«Моего мужа было не сломить. И именно поэтому Путин его убил. Позорно, трусливо, так и не решившись взглянуть ему в глаза или просто назвать его имя. И так же подло и трусливо они сейчас прячут его тело», — добавила Юлия, подчеркнув, что ей и её коллегам известно, из-за чего Путин принял такое решение и кто являлся исполнителем убийства. Она пообещала вскоре раскрыть имена убийц.
«Убив Алексея, Путин убил половину меня, половину моего сердца и половину моей души. Но у меня осталась вторая половина, и она подсказывает, что я не имею права сдаваться», — отметила Юлия, пообещав продолжать дело покойного супруга: «Боритесь и не сдавайтесь. Я не боюсь, и вы ничего не бойтесь».
