Пусть это прозвучит жёстко, но на практике я вижу, что довольно часто не столько дети сами по себе отнимают ресурс у мамы, сколько мама растрачивает его сама, естественно, неосознанно💔.
Поэтому обнаружить и залатать эти пробоины, куда утекают драгоценные силы – это основа хорошего самочувствия, ведь сколько не наливай воды в треснувший стакан, он, увы, никогда не станет полным. Я перечислю основных «похитителей ресурса» ⬆️⬆️
